Overview
Our policy is to provide Education, Nourishment, Health, and Shelter to the Children, Youth, and Elderly of the underprivileged of our society, irrespective of their Caste, Creed and Religion. Supertron is a responsible corporate citizen. The Company has been a responsible payer of taxes to the government. Besides, the Company (through Supertron Foundation) engaged in empowering the less-privileged sections of society through the free provision of IT hardware and training, strengthening their mainstreaming.
Our policy also focuses on providing a clean environment, undertaking animal welfare measures, and enhancing green vegetation. SEPL has been undertaking various social initiatives to help needy and underprivileged sections of society right from its inception. The Company has been working closely with the following NGOs and focusing on the education, health, and welfare of children, youth, and the elderly. We have provided support to the following organizations during the FY 2019- 20 1) Supertron Foundation, Kolkata. The Company has spent and provided for CSR during the year 2019-20 was C78,28,126. /-against the stipulated requirement.
By implementing CSR projects that are in line with its mission, the firm aims to contribute to society and the community in which it does business by providing goods and services and by doing business in a manner that benefits those who are less fortunate. The policy’s major goal is to define and put down the fundamental principles and general framework of action for the organization to carry out and fulfill its responsibilities to the community and the environment.
